A Chimple?

Dimples are cute...really, really cute. Growing up, I always wished I had one...and I have the crazy kind of mother who told me if I continued to poke my cheek, that I would develop one. Riiiight. So yesterday night I was chillin with Skye and Nikki and Skye said to me while looking at Vegas photos, "I love that you have a dimple right there." Whaa? Me? A dimple? Where!? So, yeah. She then pointed to this little corner of my chin and said, "There! A dimple!" Nikki and I looked at each other. We thought dimples had to be on your cheek...not your chin. "A chimple!" Nikki said. Hahaha. So apparently I have a chimple. (I thought this word was hilarious last night, but now that I'm really thinking about it, does it sound like a combination of "chin" and "pimple" to you too?) But really, can you have a dimple on your chin? I'm not talking the butt-chin dimple, but an actual dented dimple. Let's see what Mr. Dictionary says...

1. A small natural indentation in the flesh on a part of the human body, especially in the cheek or on the chin.
2. A slight depression or indentation in a surface.

So I guess it IS a dimple! Huzzah! I have a dimple! Or a chimple! Whatever it is...I have one! Although, I don't know if i'm completely convinced yet. I think I'm gonna have to marinate on this for a while.

A pirate's life isn't easy; it takes a tough person. That's okay with you, though, since you a tough person. You tend to blend into the background occaisionally, but that's okay, because it's much easier to sneak up on people and disembowel them that way. Arr!
