Blueprint for Success
So...I mentioned a while back ago that I wanted to start making my own wallets and totes (the purse kind, not the totally kind). Yesterday I read Alegre's comment about needing a wallet and I got really excited to embark on this new project. I started to draw up some sketches and made a blueprint for my very first wallet. Below was my design...
So then today I thought I would plan out the logistics. I did some measuring, some seam-planning and some reconfiguring and out came the prototype. Here is the outside...

I think this might actually work. I'm soo excited. I even went to JoAnn's during lunch to get some fabric and snaps. I am well on my way! Huzzah!

I wanted a small wallet so I could party with it and put it in my back pocket. I'm not a purse girl. This is it people. History in the making. The first original design and it's all MINE.
