This is hilarious. I read this on the LA Time's Envelope.com...Richard Rushfield: The Kudos Crasher...
Random observation No. 4
Natalie Portman is the smallest person on earth. She is tiny. If she weren't a movie star, she would be considered some sort of endangered species she is so small. But her head is the size of a normal person's and in that combination I realize, lies the key to her stardom.
Yessss! I've successfully entered a co-workers dreams. Ok, ok...so I haven't necessarily been trying to enter her dreams, but it just so happened to work out that way...and I love it! She called me this morning to tell me about it. We had gone to lunch and somehow were in this canyon. We were late in getting back to the office so we were scurrying, trying to find our way back. But alas, we were lost. She said it was beautiful though...surrounded by nature - green everywhere with a little stream running along - and with all the cute little sea otter-looking animals nearby. We couldn't find the path that would lead us back and she started to get really worried about being late. Finally we found the path and as we followed it, we found it had been flooded and had to find an alternate route. My co-worker, still very worried, used her mobile phone to check the voice messages in the office and for some reason they were all very long and all in French! We started to climb the side of the mountain and when we got to the top we found some people who pointed us toward the path. Oddly enough I turned and went in the opposite direction. When my co-worker turned to me, I was gone! She said I called out to her but she couldn't quite make out what I was saying and could not find me. She began to assemble a search unit...then she woke up.
Isn't that a fantastic dream? I'm so excited...what an adventure! It's funny that I was in her dream...I don't necessarily deal with her on a daily basis...anyway, it's exciting to me. I love hearing when I pop up in other people's dreams. It's fun. You should all try it sometime. I promise you won't be disappointed.
